With the rapid advancement of technology, computer-aided and time-efficient drug discovery methods that do not rely on laboratory experiments have become increasingly essential for disease treatment. One such approach involves modeling chemical compounds using graph theory, allowing the prediction of drug properties through numerical descriptors derived from graph structures.
